UK Waste Solutions has a team of dedicated, professional but friendly customer service executives.
The team are available 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday and an emergency number can be provided out of hours if necessary to your business.
Our team are proficient at handling day to day enquiries and are trained to deal with emergency response situations and add on services that the traditional waste providers may not be set up to manage.
Data reporting of recycling and waste tonnages is part of our standard practice and forms part of any KPI’s that we agree with our customers.
